Thread Missing Report Button?

For some reason this thread in particular has no report button, I honestly do not know why.

The reason I bring this up is that the thread is in the wrong section, and rather then have the Gunz section trashed with these type of threads I just report them, but seeing that there is no report button, it is impossible.

I usually don't post little bugs here and there, but the report feature makes the forum cleaner overall, which I think is worth the post.

If a post/thread is missing report button, it means that the post/thread already has been reported and is under investigation by staff.

It is not a bug. It is normal.
