Unable to login half screen browser

Uh so on Chrome, when your browser is half screen like I slide it to the left, takes up half screen I can't click username or password to enter unless I make it full screen

This happens on my mobile device as well when I use the chrome app w/o tapatalk (or whatever it is called)

Actually, yes. Works perfectly fine on iOS using Safari!

I do go full screen, but sometimes I'm half. ahh w/e
