Upload on vBulliten disabled?

I'm trying to upload an avatar for the first time by going to:

Forum Actions/General Settings/Edit Avatar

Every time I try to upload an avatar or profile picture, I get this message:

uploading disabled due to some vBulletin ip leaks!
[B]Fatal error[/B]:  Class 'vB_Upload_Userpic' not found in [B]/home/ragezone/public_html/forum/profile.php[/B] on line [B]3367[/B]

Can anyone elaborate on why this is happening to me? Or inform me of another way to upload an avatar?

I hate forum leaks. Someone almost got us for this exact reason...Only we have IPB
