A Feature That even Mental would die for

I thought of when repying to a user we are able to call upon the username without quoting the post.

example replying to John

@John

->

John

gets a notification that his name got quoted followed by message.

It would have to recall their last post to the thread if you were to use something like @username - Unless it was something like @usernameOSTID :3 But I'd like to see such a feature.
