Second message box!

I really dislike this message box here. Is it possible to add a second message system?
Example where I can see all the bb code functions like [size=""] etc ?

Its really annoying sometimes when you change font and go second row then the font is the same and its kinda annoying and tricky to remove the new font then.

Its already there. Click here and scroll down to Message Editor Interface then either pick Standard Editor or WYSIWYG


You can see all options if you click on go to advanced.
