But adheres to Outerworld rules, and has 1/4 of the activity of Outerworld in 2008?

Any chance of bringing it back? Feels like there's a lack of community lacking in Evolution, need to people posting again, and feel like they have to have a 5 star thread, but to be able to post about their thoughts, experiences.. that crap. I go on a forum like Misc (of BB.com) and there's such a diversity in topics, it's great. It feels like there's a bit too much pressure/tension around here on Evo.
