If you do then please include Romania in the "pay via sms" regions.

its all about having the possibility yo pay for a sub with a single cellphone message, comfort beats everything

I've been working on cellphone payments for websites in Sweden and if you need help with finding a good company for paying in Sweden then hit me up Also they don't charge much for it. (Don't remember them charging much at all tbh, got away with most of the money).
