TO don't give us the new patch but we can open the olders if we get 1 client of TO and start to extract all patches make a data.evp of TO and just update the last patch we can break the .evp rigth?

It's impossible right now. We would need to know where the .dat files from inside the patches origin from.
I've tried alot of chinese programs to open the .dat extentions.. None of them worked.
Maybe that the new maps could be added.. but for that idk. Someone will find their way around it sooner or later

A .dat file is generated by a program.
There's nothing on the internet that can break a .dat file generated by ..somebody..
You have to use the Hex Editor, find the file's header, determine what kind of file it is and then it's just reverse engineering.
That's the way you can get anything from withing anything.
It just seems impossible, unless somebody's really experienced with decrypting/reverse engineering.
