i just done making new pets with new skills .. just name left
and working on 3 new mounts that in new patch of TO
i got the eva and DDS ..

Nice one I am working on my second server (Hard) so I don't have time to work on the mounts :/ but I tryed and for where I see the actor file different from the old actors mounts, I think they used other program for make it, anyways good luck after i finish to put my other server on I will go back working and new things too

The flags look good I just made the Brazillian flag on my cba to make the others T_T, well me and my staff will start a client from the 0, we will try to change lots of things etc lest see how it will look like

You need to make your ITEM ID in the npc.csv I guess ...and you ask if it's possible ?-.-
Yes, you will use
-additem the item's id that you've just created for your pet.
