I also got this. Log In.
All you need to do is.
1. Copy client files of v1652.
2. Replace Client.exe with other Private Servers Client.exe (I use TOC's Client.exe)
3. Go to ui/themes/default and replace the themes.xml with this file: (You need to ask me the file through a Private Message)
4. Go to local/local_and_language.ini . Right click and edit or Open. Then change path to mars.
5. Lastly rename local/euramerican to mars.
~Done. !

You can change the GUI without needing any eva files they are build-in in the client already u can change background,login table and few other parameters.
