[TUTORIAL]Unpack Talisman Online patches

i got this idea this morning and it seems it was a good one.first you download the patch you want,go to your talisman online folder then u open the patch and let it update ,while it does ,there will appear a file in your folder name _patch.tmp or something like that ,you have to copy that one fast cuz it will dissapear.it is a little tricky but after a couple of tryies you will succed.It seems that TO latest patches are also encrypted.(Like if you found this usefull)

TMP files are not meant to be open , nor unpacked.
I'm not sure how did you "unpack " a .tmp file...microsoft says a .tmp file cannot be unpacked ^_^ lol.
But, you may be right, i'll have to check it myself.

Forgot to say in first post ,u have to rename the _patch.tmp in _patch.evp and use evp editor this way will surely work.

I did it with the latest patch
and if i am not wrong in the scene folder there we can find the Peacebook River Cave what i see from the dds not sure.

Method to be sure you can copy that:
Try to copy first, get error , on windows 7 you get a "try again" option
And when it appears, just PRESS TRY AGAIN ~

It works, i'll upload them in a second.
(Reaper, .dat is converted from .csv ...no way you can do that )

If i do it wiht this one, i get msg update success but the temprary file wont be created.

Work for me you should ad the exe in you talisman online folsder and itink will work if no i gona send to you

Crytek that is a tricky one ,it is only 7mb ,the temp file will be created but it will dissapear because your pc is processing it fast.here it is:

Either way works for me,it's a good idea that way they won't change the patch system

no need to be fast just put patch in any folder like make new folder call it test patchs then create doc file call it data.evp make sure its will be evp not txt .. then extract the patch using winrar or 7zip then will see new exe file with name patch ... .exe click on it will ask u to chose folder then pick the file u made .. data.evp
will start install then will show msg telling u about not matched just leave it up and copy the _patch_temp.tmp to another folder and rename it like patch ver 1234.evp
