Yes I am using the version that ask to download at Video and Text :Setting VMware and Linux to get started with server Talisman Online
I did what you told me to do and comes this.

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
libmysqlclient15-dev is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgra

And still not working.

Now i got a erro when I select the serve and click to connect and it give me Connection Interrupt anyone know why? by the way I can login but when come to select the serve I cant go to the screen to make a char.

go to your terminal and type this


open your terminal past this wget -c

You must be registered to see links

mkdir mysql32
dpkg --extract libmysqlclient*deb mysql32
sudo mv mysql32/usr/lib/* /usr/lib32/

Anybody know how to configure the server to Play with Hamachi

Just put your hamachi ip where you put the localhost ip on game_server.evp too.

so.. go to ur DB folder

and delete the file named db_server.pid

I delete it and now db_server connect succsessfull but i have error on ./login_server see :

and, i got this error tryint to run the "server" at navicat "2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost'

I delete it and now db_server connect succsessfull but i have error on ./login_server see :

igra4a12@ubuntu:~/login$ ./login_server
bash: ./login_server: Permission denied

u didn't change the permissions on the file login_server

go to ur login folder right click login_server and choose to read and write and allow execute file as a program...

hmm.. not sure what the problem is but, it might be on the navicat or the password in the db_server_user.ini. The password in this file must be the same with ubuntu and navicat.:scared::/:
