Cabal Website + User Panel

Hello,

I am looking for a web developer to code a cabal website. We already have a website with most of the features but we need something better and created by us, for us.

- We provide the graphic design as the developer requests ( size, shape, etc )
Features requiered:

- User CP for Pass Change, Email Change, view current chars, last ip, Donate, View Balance
- Display of Next War, Forcecalibur and such events with a countdown
- Ranking for War, Top Honor, Top Guilds , Top Combos
- Display the number of players online
- Display the winner of the Forcealibur and War on main page

More examples will be given and more details must be discussed but this is it in a general point of view.
