[Security breach] FieldServer deadlock

Just a little question (not to judge someone) who has a server crash tool (3.X) and is using the included fieldserverdeadlock from masang to kill other servers?

the fieldserver deadlock is alo inclued on 4.2

I don't want to know how to use it, i just wanna know if someone is using it to kill private servers (except masang)

for sure I have already seen come people using this breach but don't know if they use their own tool or one given by someone, or some other way.
