I'm working on a Quest Editor. Already done the first part:
- Open
- Edit
- Save
(q_000000.cfg)
Soon, I will give more information and updates.

Of course Masang have written a quest editor but it is not much useful if you want to automate your work. A custom quest loader will obviously be more efficient when working. Good luck finishing it and, by the way, what language did you use to write it?
