so set exp spi etc on lower rates

1. for front base war set up add some entry in your database
2. u can do it whit commands in game or in database
3. look for GA_tool aka admin tool u need to hex edit it
u need to replace IP and port + database account
xoring username and pass whit this xor @34ns%<<fdsa(Tflsd!sndsa^#)fndsla$nvsa$fndsla&nfdsJak(fnldsa!#F

and IP whit this xor ~8xANs(^fP{)34$(fcbTN$(C-=x
its kinda simple first its go like this

@34ns%<<fdsa(Tflsd!sndsa^#)fndsla$nvsa$fndsla&nfdsJak(fnldsa!#F is to xor the uid and pwd for db in the global.cfg.
