This is probably caused by a really stupid issue or something ive overlooked, but MS SQL studio is telling me that the media family on device "/path/to/atum2_db_1.bak" is incorrectly formed and that the server cannot process it. Am I missing something here? because everything else went without a hitch. Using SQL server 2k5 Standard (32bit) on a windows xp virtual machine on a linux host.
From what I understand, this means the database file has been corrupted. I have extracted it from the archive both using 7-zip, and winrar on two different computers. Hopefully someone could shed some light on this issue for me.

Well the databases have been backuped from SQL Server 2008 R2 so if u try to restore it on sql server 2008 r2 will work.

All server running ok, but this problem still Connection to the server has been lost. Client will be terminated. (FieldWinSocketWS_CLOSED)

Maybe you need to use your Admin account, if its lets you in, then please look at the system message at the bottom-right to see any error you got, like "map checksum not match, obj checksum not match" etc.
