Affinity Land error "Unable to enter area"

When i tried to enter Affinity land (Dagos, felkin, or Fuwa) always show "Unable to enter Area" on chat, does anyone know how to solved this case ?

Sorry wrong section, what is the meaning system buttons? xD i got spam chat saying "Unable to enter area" on the left chat area when i'm on the map (aff land)

CHA, BAG, SKL, TSK, ALL, SYS - System buttons. And like I said, that message I posted was off-topic.

CHA "Character", BAG "Your BAG/Inventory", SKL "Skill", TSK "Task", ALL "All Instance", SYS "System Settings" Like that ?, sry i don't really understand xD.
