Character files not loading

When ever our server crashes or anyone disconnects they get an error where their character files wont load anymore. The only way i found to fix it so far is to restart the server. Is there a more permanent solution to this? Or anyone have this problem?

as i know it database problem , i had this problem aswell , and i had to do a wipe and create a new database
