Data Editor for 1378??

hi guys can you tell me if there is a gshop editor for 1378 files i have searched aimlessly
but found 0 results..

im using tools for 1378 as i get error below

It works to me, but when i edit something then i can't buy cause it will give me the error "Operation failed".
Same thing if i edit what an npc is selling, the item will show in the shop but when i try to buy it give me the error "shop service inaviable"

Can someone help me?
(OT i have problems with the mailer too...."
