Element Editor

Hi guys, thanks for evreyone who help me with all stuff.....

Right now im having problem with saving the element.data. Im using EL1380 to edit the element version 1330. When i try to save does not made any save and i dont receive any popup message telling me that have been saved. If anyone know any tip for this, and yes i try several element editor and some of them dont open my element or cannot be saved. I watch Perryl and GMLucife youtube videos and i do everything like you guys said and nothing happens please help me out.

Probably you didnt change application lang to simplified chinese.

Anyone please can help me changing the application for element editor to simplified chinese?

go to control panel-clock, language and region-region and language-administrative tab-modify regional settings for system-change to chinese(simplified, rpc)
