    Hello again guys.So i finally found my problem.Its the port fowarding.So since i dont know almost anything just wanna tell you guys that i dont want a FULL PUBLIC server,Just max 10 players.IF some 1 is iterested please leave me a PM Or write in this post if he can do it though TeamViewer or just tell me some steps to do.Here is a picture of my only Problem.
