Help me? Channel and toplist

Hello everyone,
I have an server zhuxian2 - 9 class of mcncc.com run on ubuntu(linux) system.
I running server online, but not see channel Kenh 1 ( PVP)
and not see toplist in game.
All is empty
although i run command ./top, top, run
not see


And server Cenros have see channel Kenh 1 (PVP)

file gsalias, gs, toplist of 2 server is same
but 1 server yes, 1 server no
