Making Jade Dynasty Server - Need Help

Hey everyone. I'm trying to start a Jade Dynasty server on my pc using VmWare. I need help to configure the server (RedHat Linux - 9 Classes) to make it public. My problem is i have dynamic ip, and I'm also kinda new to JD servers, so I don't know that much about configuring it. I also need help with some tools and configs, but my main problem is the ip config. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

P.S.: I have used the search function yet I did not find what I need, so please don't reply unless you can help me in any way, like a tip or link.

NOTICE : i search through the search and from googles i didnt find any helpful stuff that help me to make a Jade Dynasty server...My friend want me to make one but i new to Jade Dynasty since i bore out of tales of pirates (pro scripter)....But i want to learn about Jade Dynasty server..I did play jade dynasty server with two friends help in Extreme Jade Dynasty.
