Requesting 1264 element.data file

hi. i have finally gotten a server running, however, i cannot find the 1264 elements.data file that will work with the rate editors. could someone please upload the 1264 elements.data file so that i may increase my rates, thanks

If at all possible, could someone just upload an elements.data file with the rates already increased? I am looking for around 200x rates for everything if possible, thanks

also, if any1 could help me with finding a gmtool that works so i can generate items, that would be greatly appreciated too.
