Snowing in Sunstream?

Hey, I found a video of Zhu Xian 3 CH and I'm wondering if anyone knows the Trigger to activate the snow in the Seira Patch. Or if its possible to just copy the x1 folder of CN client (And some loddata, texture etc) to the Seira Patch, so the New Sunstream will be in winter mode.

Here's both; Server + Client side x1, pulled from some CN files. I'm pretty sure they should work with Seira or higher without any additional files. If not, I'll provide other required stuff. Rar contains snow map + normal map backups.

litmodels and building pcks. Let me know if you'll manage to get it to work. You might need textures too, tho when I compared clients most of the stuff was already there.
