Something wrong with my Fort?

Hello, when I had Fort on a VMware on my PC i had fort working 100%, now since I am on a dedicated server I cant get it to work... when ever someone tries to go into fort, they are put back to the login screen, this is quite ANNOYING, I have both the hwclock and the date time matched up, so thats not the issue. Below are the top if my GS and my gsaliasbf.conf.

Did you change OS? I don't know much about it but I know that for my partner to fix it he had to experiment with different kernal and os. This was also how we fixed realm names. Good luck.
