Z21 - Celestial City bug? Don't start realm?

I wrote "gs21" to "world Servers" in gs.conf.

Gs21 configuration:

Why do my Realm [ gamed(15) ] wont not start?

yes, problem with is21 and is321.. can't load terrain data, it seems the problem on map.bht file

Did you open GS21 on the activation list in gs.conf?
Try also putting all of the GS activations in descending order. I did that. Celestial City starts fine for me.

I found the failure. The NPCGEN.DATA was broken o.o I ask a friend for a new one and now it works fine. Thankies!
