    Since I'm really busy with life things and I can't manage the server of my friend anymore I've decided to do something good for the others and this good thing is to release all my work I'll be releasing everything I have made or converted from other games to work with Jade Dynasty. The 1st release I'm doing is a pack of custom maps I had so many custom maps, but I've never found a advantage to use them, because most of the ideas I had were more PvE aspects and apparently players do not like that I hope somebody with more creative imagination to have fun with those maps.

    Server side files: Download
    How to install server side files:
    1. Locate to ServerDir:/gamed/config/ and create a folder and named it custom and extract all custom maps there.
    2. Go to ServerDir:/gamed/ and open gs.conf add the following line (check the spoiler)

    3. Start up the server.
    4. If you added everything correctly your server should boot up without any problems.
      Note: the npcgen.data is not clear so you will have to clear it by yourself.


    Client Side files: Download
    How to install client side files
    1. Copy the content of maps and place it into ClientDir:/element/maps.
    2. Unpack building.pck,litmodels.pck,loddata.pck,surfaces.pck,textures.pck.
    3. Copy the content from the archive and put it into the desire folders
    4. Pack again the .pck files
    5. Unpack configs.pck find and open instances.txt with notepad or any text editor.
    6. Add the following lines

    thx for making these cool stuff and release, gonna try test these custom maps in 1559. Fill a new custom map with custom npcs and ai policy is really tough works.
