They are not hard to add once do it a few times. You have to add the skin to a pck file ( I use configs.pck so is smaller patch) Then you open the ecm file oif the skin adding and put the path to the smd file also in that folder. After that you open path.data and duplicate last one then change ID to same as STT, add path to the ecm file and save.
Then in elements you add the item by duplicating a existing weapon, change the ID, then change the path ID to the ID you just added to paths.data. After that add the new id to a shop orto gshop to be able to get the item.

would be something like

models.pck/chinese text/chinese text/chinese text/ ( all the files, ecm, ski, smd ) + a textures folder.

if that made sence to you, they are in the textures folder as .dds
