any tutorial how to setup this file?

Search this forum, it is no different than setting up your basic server system.
If you have no clue what the files are, spent the next 6+ months educating
yourself on the Linux operating system, and its many command line tools.
You should learn vim as that is the most popular text editor. Now, as I sit
here typing this, it may take much more than 6 months to get up to speed
on setting up and maintaining a secure Linux server. Well, there is no
time like the present so get studying!

I just wish the 18 class files would be released, or, an old, very outdated Angelica-based
game source release of the server.
That would really reawaken the development of these types of games.

EDIT:
Note, if you try to extract the archive under Windows, you will get an error.
This error lies in the fact that Windows is case agnostic and under Linux,
a file such as "File.txt" and "file.txt" are different. In this archive, the files
are:
./srcfiles/gamed/config/LandWarRecipe.lua
-and-
./srcfiles/gamed/config/landwarrecipe.lua

They can use docker to set this up too... I am thinking of running this on AWS ec2 bean stalk
