Game Dev Tycoon. I didn't buy it because well I was meant to purchase it ages ago however I forgot all about and now I remember it so I would like to win it. I want to own my own little game development business because I will never be able to do that in real life. I think you should fulfil a young boys dream tt1:

I've seen loads of game plays for this game and in honestly.. it looks so fun to play, the game plays I have seen of it have made me laugh completely, the only reason I have not bought the game as of yet, is because I only buy games on steam when they either have a individual sale or when they do their big sales.

Why I never bought it? Because I never have money to spend, especially not on Steam.

Why I need this game? I been playing it quite a lot. I feel like a dumbass to be the only one that uses a "pirated" version though all the time. Time to go legit one day. Other than that it offers me fun with no HUGE pc requirements, it's basically one of the few games I CAN play currently.

I believe this is one of the games that do not require an explanation. It's pretty known for everyone. But just in case ... the above link has all the information.

You're right. Steam prices are often cheaper in the US than they are in countries that use euro. I guess the same goes for pounds.
