Doofenshmirtz is literally the most powerful character in the marvel universe. In a cross over episode of phineas and ferb the avengers fought doof. He has survived hundreds of lethal explosions. Is intelligent enough to make a machine that drained a god of his power. Somehow has the money to produce an entire army of giant penguins. And fast enough to dodge lasers. He truly is more powerful than thanos if he wanted to be.
