I am applying for the SA:MP(San Andreas Multiplayer) Section.
Do you have any experience with the section you are applying for?
Yes, as I will be stating in my introduction I do have experience in that particular section. I haven't really contributed anything in that section as of yet because the section its self is very inactive and my opinion of that is.. (if the section is dead for the moment and people refer to the main community forums for everything.. posting in that section in the current state is a little pointless) (Not entirely but that is why I aim to help bring it back to life a little bit)

My Introduction
Hello RaGEZone,
Today I decided to apply for a pretty dead section, that section is, The section San Andreas Multiplayer or short for SA:MP.
First I just want to clear this up. I left the server development scene after gunz died down. I originally joined RaGEZone back in 2008 when Gunz was still pretty active. My goal was to learn PHP, C#, HTML, CSS and of course, server development.. in a span of a couple of years. I now know most of the languages I was aiming for. Since I left I have been on and off a couple of times a week spending a few hours here and there helping around and sharing my knowledge. About two years ago I took up PAWN which is the scripting language that SA:MP uses. I was able to learn enough to script a few basic filter scripts for the SA:MP community and I made a few applications in VB.NET and C#. I now spend my pass time still browing ragezone posting suggestions, and helping those that I can help. I may not contribute as much as I would like to but It's only because the section I am aiming for is kinda dead. I have nothing against the moderators in the SA:MP section, I just personally believe that I can hopefully bring some of the activity up. I do believe that the SA:MP community provides a very powerful and useful Multiplayer Addon for Grand theft Auto San Andreas and I really believe that this community can benefit from the scripts, tutorials, and from lots of different resources that I can definitely provide.

Silkroad Online
Played for 6 years, Developed a few servers and worked for others.
Gunz Online
I am not able to put a number on the times that I have contributed for that section and I believe that I played Gunz for probably about 6 years aswell. I quit completely quit playing about 9 months ago.
Rose Online
Never opened a server but developed a few just for learning purposes.
World of Warcraft
I had a server or two in the past. I lost interest in world of warcraft when the pandas came out.
MapleStory
In 2008 I opened a server called BoltMS and a Server Called EnzoMS. The server was popular for awhile until I couldn't handle the server fees and the time that I had to put into it. So I was forced to shut down. I reopened the server about a year later in 2009 and I decided to close it again due to the heat from Nexon.
Write a small paragraph as to why you should be a moderator on your chosen section.
I personally believe that I can be very useful to the SA:MP Section. I have lots of knowledge when it comes to SA:MP & PAWN. I have high hopes to see other members succeed. I want to be the one that helps provide the feeling of success to those that are aiming for success. I try my best to be the best person that I can be. I am straight forward and I don't get off topic. Whenever I am, I'm there for a reason. I try to be as clean as possible, formatting, colors, etc. I don't over use formatting or colors. When I use formatting I use it properly.. For example, If I wanted to highlight a word that I think is important to the users reading.. RaGEZone Just like I did in this application. Nothing to fancy, easy to read, and most importantly understandable.
Moderation Experience.
I have lots of moderation experience. For instance every server that I have ever owned I always had a forum, and If it wasn't mine it was someone elses and I was a moderator and an Admin etc. I understand how moderation works and I know how to keep things clean. I know what to say when to say it, how to act and when to act. Someone decides that want to have a flame war that's fine by me, I simply close the thread and that's the end of the story.
I don't normally get aggravated with members, only members that really have in some ways a very low IQ. But even then I more or less just ignore it. (Now anyway, when I was younger that was a different story) (I ask that you do not judge me by my profile and my previous actions, well I mean they date all the way back to 2008. I was only.. about 14.. 15 years old back then) People grow up as I did.
My I'd say Weak Spots..
I would have to say that the only weak point I can think of would be maybe my attitude to those that directly offend me. Even then I normally back down and go take a breather. It's never been uncontrollable for me. I have insulted other people a few times in the past and received infractions but the last infraction I received that was related to this behaviour was in 2009.
Activity:
RaGEzone alone as far as logging in goes and browsing goes, I'm active. Posting not often at the moment but as I stated in my introduction It's because the specific section that is of interest to me is inactive and most threads/posts are old and I would not want to bump to many of them because well, obvious reasons. They date back very far. Atleast some of them.
That I'd have to say will sum up my application and I hope for a response.

MentaL I just want to add that If I am not accepted simply because the section that I am applying for doesn't need anymore moderators, I can be of use in many different sections. I have given you a number of sections that I am familiar with and have contributed a little more. So if you need me in another section and feel that I am eligible for the position and section.. simply let me know and I'll be proud to be there.
