Is drift city japan ending?

Hello i am new here but i have a question, i logged in today for the first time in a long while and noticed that the event hasn't changed and their 3 car behind in the car updates. it seems like they have given up on drift city? possibly going to announce something in December like the other company's when drift city ends

This is what I know:
DriftCity license is expensive and servers cost quite a lot of money to run, so they probably barely invest money into it. Developers are expensive etc. They might just run it for as long as possible and then close it. It happens to quite a lot of games, FlyFF for example. There they only push Pay2Win updates to make money and at some point people are so done and it all goes down.
