1. There are only a few people that made a DC server out of crappy files and they are running the one and only privateserver now.
2. Your asking for files, which is not a good way to start, you really need amazing skills and a team to get it running.
If your asking if there are GM commands in driftcity, you don't know enough about it, besides that, we lost the DC server files.

Well that's good, but im sure it will very very very hard to get a 2nd server running, besides that, it's hard to get people playing.
