I want to make one npc for attack city

Hola, well i want to make one npc to make one atack in the city but i don't have idea beacause the npc to make attack mudawall in my version its chinesse and the mobs in my data base is in english, what i need to make one of this npc.

I have one npc for houses non key if someone are interest in that, xcuses my english but i do everything to talk in basic. some one speack spanish is good to me but understand the english not is a proble.
