i dont get it, how to change 127.0.0.1 to wan ip?
if we wont hex the exe?
is there a config file like .ini files
to change ?
coz i saw your post, you just change SOD_2.exe to let others to enter your server.

when i hex 127.0.0.1 to wan IP. it changes its size
can i ask, what is your server ip? so that can check thanks

ok first offf, dont HEX edit unless you know what your doing....


second, 127.0.0.1 is for the loopback! you change those numbers to server IP that is hosting!

What are you wanting to do? Setup a Server, play a private server thats closed, or play on my server?

@Ace: I think the problem is on your SO3D. because when I use the old SO3D, the game runs normally.

we want to let our friends to connect to our server using wan IP not lan ip
coz they also want to search and report bugs

i hexed the SOD_2.exe i can only see 127.0.0.1 IP
i cant find adress to change to make it public

i cant only in .conf lan IP 192.168.2.8 <<<< should we change it to WANP IP?? (thats for the server side) and how about client side??

Ada, disini ada banyak orang Indonesia.

BTW, I only can run normally this Seal Offline if i using all old client, database, and server. If i replace one of client, server, or database, its not work I mean can't login or maybe too many bug.
