hi, I've followed every step, but I stucked in login screen, this is the screen that i get, from game and 1820.exe

from the screen ever encountered this? and do i miss anything?

My problem exactly just like Bon.
I ran this program in Win 7 64 bit.
I thought I've followed every step (without interfacebusiness because I can't downloaded that apps) but I stucked in login screen too.
I tried ID admin and ID ace but nothing happened.
Still stucked.

I thought someone can help our problem too, not only Carrino.
