[Views/Opinions] Xbox 360 New Dashboard Update

So what do you think of the new update?

It features a new sleek design, a new application system.
So what's this new application system!?!
Well basically apps like 4OD Bbc IPlayer [UK] will be coming this following winter, it should be free as BBC IPlayer is always free.
Also Youtube will be coming this winter to but i think they may add a price of Microsoft points on it.
I heard rumors of Google Chrome being added to.
So what do you think?
It's a little confusing since the things have been moved around but you will get used to it.

I love the new update, it took a while for me top get used to it but the new design look amazing!

I also can't wait for the apps to be released this winter especially chrome (if its true).

I wouldn't want my xbox being turned into a browser and have alot of applications installed, waste of memory. But PS3 already has a browser installed into them so I think it may be to live up to the competition and add more features. The dashboard is sexy and very sleek, I love the windows 8 style.

They are aiming to more of an "entertaining" feel. I do not think they care about competing with Sony in updates. Just trying to bring unique features to their loyal customers.

Yes, they won ages ago. But I would suspect that they liked the idea's that the PS3 has incorporated and added them into the xbox, everything is for the gamers/customers, that was just my view of it.

I really don't like it. Like when someone starts playing a game it pops up as a notification and i spams the shit out my xbox. I like the old dashboard. Well they don't even call it a dashboard anymore they call it "Xbox Home"...
