Contact Microsoft via email and tell them you havent received your code yet, I think you do have to download the full thing though.

Yes, I have done it as I gave my code to my sister, I don't know whether you have to download it fully or what because when I did it, I downloaded it fully, and judging by what a lot of people are saying, codes aren't being given for a while. I'm unsure (as of now) whether this offer has ended, hence the reason why they probably aren't asking for your details. If you have been asked for your company details or whatnot then message them asking where your code is otherwise message them asking whether the offer has ended. I'll email them in a second and I'll post back with what they said.
EDIT: For some reason, they're refusing to let me contact them via email and asking me to contact them by phone. However, I do think that downloading it fully would be an essential.

No, I was asked for the information before downloading it.
Oh, well I'm assuming that it's ended, since I wasn't asked for any bank details or those relating to money.
That's probably the case, if it hasn't worked then I don't think it will any other time.
