How can I use the resource of other games, like fiesta, florencia, fallout etc.

Now I'm changing the IRIS resources
Map resources changed and added from Fiesta online and Florencia, etc.
But NPC and Monster resources are very hard because of setting of importer and exporter

If somone succeeded to apply the other game resources, plz let me know it
I already tried hundreds times with different setting but every trials are failed

I attached a sample MAX source file of IRIS 1.18
You can export this .max file with no error
So it seems to be a Importer isseue

If u have some experence about 3d Max 2009, try it
