ok, i make this tutorial because i was have this problem (here is my thread). i hope this thread will help others who also have this problem.

to fix this problem is very simple, you just need to shorten the npc text, and the problem text is in npc_note.txt file line 2829, you can edit using notepad++ (it's in your korea.dat for example.language folder). this is the text after i edited it.
