You need for most sources out there

Visual Studio 2003 Enterprise/Professional

If you are working with an higher version of Visual Studio it wont work.
Unless you now what you are doing and Change the source so it will work with VS 2007/2010/2012

Why can't you just look in there and find it?

But yes, the server executables (assuming it's the clean source; some sources have these changed) will be in Output\[projectname]\Release\*.exe, while neuz will be in Output\Neuz\NoGameguard\Neuz.exe

You need to Right click AccountServer and then you will see properties.

Do you even now what that error means?
Its not that hard just search the part where its missing and see if its somehwere else in your source.
