[Request] Please Use Tags For Topics

It helps keep the section clean and easy to search.

So please name topics "[Tag] Subject"

[Help] - Topics asking for help
[Release] - Topics you are releasing files in
[Dev] - Topics dealing with development
[Tut] -or- [Guide] - Topics with a guide or Tutorial for something
[Request] - Topics requesting something

Those are basic ones others are acceptable also if they are for something more specific like.

 - PHP related
[Repack] - Repack releases CAN use this
[Fix] - A bug fix or such
Etc..

You get the idea... Please use tags... Makes my life easier and makes the section easier to search.
