GM_BOARD in v83?

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've planned another attempt in starting a server. I think it's time to ripe for another attempt, I guess? *crosses fingers*

I have a question,though. I saw this interesting piece of work here: http://forum.ragezone.com/f427/game-voting-976252. I saw that the packet for GM Story Board was for higher versions. So my question is, is there a way to get the GM Story Board packet for v83? And how?
