Well, it's pretty hard to find out....
is it a morph skill? a riding skill?
or just a new kind of skill?
I've had a hard time finding that out....

I have my soaring skill in same place as my mounts. I have it, but I never learned how to use it. lol

As you said it is a skill with his own buffstat that you will have to sniff.
