Setting up VPS

Hi can someone link me to a page or a tutorial to help me set up a VPS My server has big stability issues. crashing like every 4 hours. And i cant find any auto restarters that work, or maintain it 24/7.
I have already searched around and couldnt find anything so please help :O

Tbh You should use nfoservers - they will guide you through a setup on there website / chat help line GL if you need help with some stuff PM me
