[Release] Updated SkillSellerNPC for normal skill adding

I don't know if someone already did this, but I made it myself anyways... To use this, just replace your skillseller.cpp in your MapleStoryServer folder with the one I attached.

The regular one (or at least the one I have) just puts your skills to max and doesn't check for the SP or take any away.

Mine checks if you have 1 or more SP, then sets your SP down 1 and advances the skill 1 level. Else it ends.

BTW, sorry for not crediting the creator, I don't remember who made it!

This is an NPC that advances skills for 4th Job. I updated the original (or at least the one I had) to check for SP and take it and only advance the skill 1 time, because it used to not check and take SP, and it would just max the skill.

Also, the NPC used is still Kusco (the storage guy in Leafre)
