Step 1:
Okay First of all you need a paypal account so go to

and press Create Your Button Now. Next put your information in and click create now!, next you will get a code to put into your website and once you put the code in your website sources you just go to your website and refresh and you should have a brand new Donate Button!

If you don't verify a bank account in paypal, and when you want to spend the money,
Paypal will ask you to verify your bank account, well, thats what i heard, I might be wrong.
